These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Podawaa tool, provided by Podawaa SAS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using Podawaa, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Overview
Podawaa is a tool that allows users to request likes and comments on their LinkedIn posts by participating in “pods” with other users. By using this service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that your LinkedIn account may be used to like and comment on posts from other users within the pods you participate in.
We will not use your account to interact with any posts unless you are a member of the respective pod. However, unless you upgrade to the paid “Advanced” plan, your account may be used for these interactions automatically. To stop the use of your account, you must leave or delete your participation from the pods in question.
2. No Liability for Account Suspension or Bans
By using Podawaa, you understand and agree that Podawaa SAS is not responsible for any actions LinkedIn may take regarding your account, including suspension, banning, or deactivation, as a result of using our service. Podawaa only provides a tool for engagement, and any consequences resulting from LinkedIn’s policies or actions are entirely the responsibility of the user.
3. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for monitoring your own account and ensuring its appropriate use. Podawaa SAS disclaims all liability for any inappropriate content posted or actions taken in your name. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard user privacy and account security, we cannot guarantee that issues will not arise, and Podawaa will not be held accountable for any misuse or account issues that occur.
4. Limitation of Liability
Podawaa SAS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our tool. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, damage to reputation, or account penalties due to actions taken by LinkedIn. You use Podawaa at your own risk.
5. Termination of Service
You may stop using Podawaa at any time by removing yourself from all pods. If you upgrade to the paid plan, you can limit the usage of your account for engaging with others’ posts. If you wish to terminate your account with Podawaa, please contact us at [Email Address].
