These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Podawaa tool, provided by Podawaa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using Podawaa, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Podawaa is a tool that allows users to request likes and comments on their LinkedIn posts by participating in “pods” with other users. By using this service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that your LinkedIn account may be used to like and comment on posts from other users within the pods you participate in.
Unless you are subscribed to a Gold or Elite plan, your LinkedIn account may be used automatically by Podawaa to perform engagement activities (likes, comments, or other interactions) within the community. These interactions may be executed via the Chrome extension, through cloud-based systems, or by any other technical means.

By using Podawaa, you understand and agree that Podawaa is not responsible for any actions LinkedIn may take regarding your account, including suspension, banning, or deactivation. Podawaa only provides a technical tool, and any consequences resulting from LinkedIn’s policies or actions are entirely the responsibility of the user.
You are fully responsible for monitoring your own account and ensuring its appropriate use. Podawaa disclaims all liability for any inappropriate content posted or actions taken in your name. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard user privacy and account security, we cannot guarantee that issues will not arise, and Podawaa will not be held accountable for any misuse or account issues that occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podawaa, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our tool. This includes, but is not limited to, account restrictions, loss of data, damage to reputation, or account penalties due to actions taken by LinkedIn. You use Podawaa at your own risk.
Podawaa operates on a credit-based system, where users can accumulate engagement credits to request likes and comments on their LinkedIn posts. These credits are provided as part of active subscriptions and are subject to expiration and deletion.
If your subscription becomes inactive, we reserve the right to remove any unused credits from your account. Accumulated credits are tied to an active subscription and are not guaranteed if the subscription is canceled, paused, or expired. Unused credits do not roll over indefinitely, and deleted credits will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
Podawaa credits hold no monetary, financial, or exchangeable value. Credits cannot be converted into cash, refunded, or transferred to another account. They are not a form of digital currency, property, or asset and solely represent engagement actions available for use within Podawaa’s system.
Any attempt to sell, trade, or exchange credits outside of Podawaa is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Podawaa guarantees engagement credits based on the service plan you purchase at the time of payment. However, engagement execution depends on various factors, including but not limited to the availability of pod participants, user activity, and LinkedIn’s algorithm.
Engagement delivery may vary due to external factors, and no retroactive claims will be accepted. You acknowledge that the engagement level available at the time of purchase is the only commitment made by Podawaa.
You may stop using Podawaa at any time by removing yourself from all pods. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you can limit the usage of your account for engaging with others’ posts.

All content, software, branding, and features of Podawaa are the exclusive property of Podawaa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Podawaa constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Paris, France, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
