Short delivery? Here's what you get back.
Every boost shows what was requested and what was delivered. When delivery comes up short on a paid plan or a one-off order, here is what happens. The Free plan isn't covered.
A short boost is never counted.
We keep retrying for 72 hours. If a boost still delivers less than requested, it isn't counted in your plan's usage. Boosts you cancel yourself are counted.
You're refunded for what's missing.
If you buy likes for a single post and part of the order isn't delivered, we refund that part, in proportion to what's missing.
What happens on your account, in plain words.
The answer depends on the mode you pick. Here is exactly what each one needs from you.

The honest part. LinkedIn's terms restrict automated activity and inauthentic engagement. We can't rule out that LinkedIn limits an account, or the reach of a boosted post, whichever mode you pick. Private keeps your own account from engaging on anyone's posts; it doesn't make boosted engagement invisible to LinkedIn.

Getting started
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 boosts a month, up to 20 likes and 1 comment per post, and Growth Autopilot. No card needed. It runs on the Community mode, so you install the Chrome extension.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
No. Weekly plans take 80% off your first week instead, from €3.40. After that they renew every week at the full weekly price until you cancel.
Can I try it on one post first?
Yes. On Free, turn Growth Autopilot off and boost a single post by hand. Your 5 boosts a month are shared between Autopilot and manual boosts.
How do I get set up?
Create your account, pick Community or Private and add the LinkedIn profile to boost. On Community, install the Chrome extension. Then publish as usual: Growth Autopilot picks up each new post.
Engagement and delivery
How fast does engagement arrive?
Gradually, over several hours and sometimes one to two days. We don't promise an exact delivery time.
Who likes and comments on my posts?
Other Podawaa members on the Free and Community plans, from their own LinkedIn accounts, matched by language: English, French or Spanish. It's the same on Private; the difference is that your account doesn't engage with anyone in return.
Can I choose the industries engagement comes from?
Yes. Industry targeting is included from Scale.
Are the comments generic?
No. AI comments are written for each post, from what the post says, in the post's language. They start on the Scale plan.
What if a boost falls short?
On a paid plan, if a boost still falls short after 72 hours of retries, it isn't counted in your plan's usage. On a one-off order, the part that wasn't delivered is refunded. The Free plan isn't covered.

Can I manage several LinkedIn accounts?
Yes, on Private. Your first account is the plan price, and each extra account costs €19, €39 or €59 a month, depending on the plan. All accounts share one plan and one monthly invoice; an account added mid-month is billed pro rata right away.

Your LinkedIn account
What access do you need to my LinkedIn?
On Private, none: nothing to install and no login to share. On Community, the Chrome extension, which runs in your browser with the LinkedIn session you already have open.
What does my account do on Community?
Through the extension, it likes and comments on other members' posts, with pauses between actions. The comments are written by AI in each post's language, and you don't approve them one by one. There's no pause button: to stop, remove the extension, or move to Private to keep your account out of the exchange.
Can LinkedIn restrict my account?
LinkedIn's terms restrict automated activity and inauthentic engagement, so we can't rule out that LinkedIn limits an account or a boosted post's reach. On Community, activity is spread over time. On Private, your account doesn't engage with anyone.
Will Podawaa post on my behalf?
Only the posts you schedule yourself in Podawaa. On Community, the extension also likes and comments on other members' posts from your account.
Plans and billing
Community or Private: which one is for me?
Community is free: you exchange engagement with other members through the extension. Private does it for you, with nothing to install and no activity from your account. Agencies usually pick Private for the extra accounts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from your billing page. To move between Community and Private, write to team@podawaa.com.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, whenever you want. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.
Weekly, monthly or yearly?
Weekly lets you start small: 80% off the first week, then a weekly renewal that costs about 25% more than monthly over a month. Yearly costs about 17% less than monthly, and extra accounts are billed yearly too: 10 months for 12.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days of your payment. Write to team@podawaa.com.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Podawaa's servers. Prices on this page exclude VAT.
